Do I have to pay sales tax?
If an item is subject to sales tax in the country or region to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with country, region and local tax laws, the total selling price of an item may include shipping, handling charges and discounts.
All sales tax calculations are subject to revision and are recalculated on the day your order is shipped. If your order has more than one shipping address, sales tax will be applied to the individual items in your order based upon the specific ship-to destinations.
No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in accordance with applicable laws.
Can I make a purchase on behalf of my company?
We are unable to support tax-free B2B (business to business) transactions with customers in Belgium or Luxembourg via this website. You will only be able to check out as a private consumer.

How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.
When will I be charged for my order?
When your order is placed, the payment amount of your order is authorised and held by your financial institution. In the case of a debit card, the funds may be held by your bank until we send a request to charge your card. All authorisation holds will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.
How accurate are the colours shown for each product?
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, we can't guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

What shipping options are available for my order?

Do you deliver outside of Benelux?
The Benelux Herman Miller Gaming Store ships to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. If you are looking to purchase outside of these regions, you can view all countries and territories our products are currently available in by using the country selector in the menu.
Do your products require assembly?
The Embody Gaming Chair and Ollin Monitor Arm do not require assembly, but the Nevi Gaming Desk does. For the desk, if you and a friend have the right tools (power screwdriver, Phillips bit, torque wrench, 5 mm Hex bit and 8 mm Hex bit), you can put it together in one to two hours.

Can I track my order?

Can I cancel or change an order?
Cancellations can be made any time prior to the shipment of your order. To make any changes, we would need to cancel the original order and place a new order for the updated item(s).
